In that sense, the tipping point for me was every area of my life felt out of control…to the point that I was having recurring dreams where I was always crashing into something or in a vehicle with no brakes. I was having physical health consequences from drinking and waking up with crushing anxiety and depression. I just couldn’t live like…[Read more]

Hmm. I don’t remember preparing in any particular way, other than always having a burning desire to know more and learn…which led me to be open to new information, like healing and recovery and personal development…

I just wanted to say that I had a breakthrough around understanding that I am a spiritual being having a human experience. I know that and wanted to believe it, but haven’t really “felt” it. Then I saw this Instagram post and all of a sudden it hit me differently, way differently. And I want to share it with you all, because you all deserve to…[Read more]

Honestly, I don’t feel like I connect to Source every day, and I can feel the difference when I have been disconnected. I connect to Source the most when I am outside, but also when I read something that helps me connect to myself, when I spend time with my dog, when I listen to a meditation or sit still for a few minutes in silence, and lately…[Read more]

The past two New Years Eves I’ve pulled out a journal and markers and written/drew what I want to let go of on one page and what I want to bring in on another page. It’s just something that has helped me get through the holiday sober. Looking back it’s amazing to me that I truly have let go of some of the things I wrote down and drawn in others.…[Read more]

So glad to witness your journey. I love that you do that on New Year’s Eve. Wondering if it feels so honoring to listen to what has transpired and what wants to come forth. ….I am glad to be here to compassionately witness your process. You have already cracked the shell open and birthed a new sober self. Letting go and welcoming in the new. May…[Read more]

Going to try my best to change a meeting at work, but probably won’t make the call. Looking forward to it either way..

Thank you Bev. I can definitely feel the shift. In the past I would’ve been freaking out wanting to know how to “fix” it vs heal it and needing to know “how”…to now feeling peaceful about not knowing the how, and just peeling it all back and looking at it and like you said having the intention to heal and trusting that it will all unfold how…[Read more]

I’ve been working on my unfinished business of healing not knowing my father by doing a lot of writing to sort out my feelings and what the unfinished business is. I’m discovering how multilayered it is, now that I’m actually looking at it and not ignoring it. One layer is not knowing much about my father as a person, who he was, and who he turne…[Read more]

Jane, glad you are here and able to articulate the layers. I see you separating out the different threads that hold the relationship narrative. What I witness is that you are the one you are doing this for. The very fact that you are saying that the pain is there and real, is the start to healing. It is sacred work, holding a candle of light for you.

Thank you Tami, your words are very comforting!

The intention is what matters. I often hear people say, I don’t know what this will look like or I don’t know how. Of course, you don’t. The intention will guide your energy and give your energy the attention it needs to blossom into healing. I so relate with the layers of healing. It was great to hear you acknowledge these different pieces. Each…[Read more]

Hey Bev, I was listening to the last call and it seemed like it cutoff early? Is there a 2nd part or was that the whole thing?

I’m loving this month’s work. Bringing up healing vs coping helped me have a big awareness of when I’m in a healing space vs when I’m coping. I can tell when I’m actively engaged in process and using the tools we’ve been given I am on a healing path, and when I am not, I am coping. And there’s a time for both. I have picked up some good coping…[Read more]

When one of us heals, we all heal. I love that you can stay curious while you work on clearing some of the old misunderstandings. You can heal yourself around this situation with your dad whether you have a relationship with him or not. My dad had passed when I heal my relationship with him which was incredible and completely life-altering. I…[Read more]

Wes I love that you love that picture and are proud of it, it sounds to me like you identify with it because that is the truth of who you are. Just being Wes in the moment. And Wes is pretty great!

After I graduated from college it was my goal to then finally take charge of my health and healing, so I did have a plan to address the issues, although healing hasn’t been anything like I expected it to be.
