Grateful to be able to give birth to these emotions so that the new thing that is coming can be born. I realized that these emotions I have been having are like contractions of the “new thing” that is to be birthed. So very exciting. I am being intentional with what wants to come forth for this next season while I am dealing with this suppression (not depression) of trapped energy. Suppression is shifting to expression and that feels empowering. Letting go of the old and welcoming the new. I am called to be present to myself with what is…..not perfect.
