    Ok, Here we go with my 3 goals and 3-5 skills.
    PHYSICAL: Outdoor 30 minute walk daily without technology. Just nature and me.
    Make one new recipe a week, focusing on Whole Foods and the process.

    CONNECTION: Weekly Connection with RLL lab to share my process and engage with the material/process. Co-create an art therapy piece to help understand what I am learning.

    Bimonthly connection with girlfriends.
    Meet with Renee/Kelly for Internal Family System training.
    Meet with other girlfriends in person to share life experiences.

    FOCUS:
    Read 20 minutes a day-Spiritual Psychology -Bev’s workbook and Psyche Seeds.

    Create Appreciation Journal daily and share with Recovery Group online.

    Clear Judgements. Work on one judgement a week – whatever arises and
    what needs to be know. Practice being moderate as the Observer so I don’t
    blend, fuse with the part that doesn’t know True Self.

    Follow process of self
    forgiveness, unbending and unburdening ego parts that want new. Practice
    the new.
