Glad you are able to name, notice and do what is life affirming for you. It’s beautiful to witness you giving yourself compassion and understanding. Sending a big hug.

My thoughts about judgements/misunderstandings. One misunderstanding has to do with isolation/I have figure it out on my own. That is a different lens than being open, vulnerable and receptive of connection. It feels good to name the tension of opposites. My biggest aha involves the understanding or acceptance of being a co-creator. I have a part…[Read more]

I think it’s a feeling to be alive and congruent that calls me toward the work. A big aha moment for me was learning that understanding is love. I did a lot of journaling and that was the theme that kept coming up. I didn’t want to process skip, I wanted to engage with what was presenting itself to be known and integrated. I know that Is why I…[Read more]

It’s interesting when you decide to change, what spiritual curriculum, comes up. I over stepped my boundaries last Sunday with my oldest Son. He was trying to make a simple decision and I told him 3 times what an option was because it was a better deal. He told me that he could make his own decisions. This happened on Sunday. On Tuesday, I…[Read more]

I really appreciate your ownership. There truly is so much freedom in personal responsibility for ourselves and those around us. Curriculum is everywhere and once we start using it to resolve what’s unresolved, our path clears and the load is lightened. I love that you get spiritual bypass and the importance of being with the work versus skipping…[Read more]

How good it feels to be awake and alive. I spent 45 minutes yesterday with my grandson, Teddy. He is 5 months old and we sat under their huge oak tree, simply being with nature. I followed his lead as he was just cooing and talking back to the trees ( or Higher Power) or both. I felt like I was bathing in a soft presence that washed away my…[Read more]

I can feel your presence. What a gift you are to those boys and your family! And vice versa! Richard and I were just talking about how we are going to cut off an technology at 8pm. We’ve also decided to not watch tv anymore. We love movies and documentaries, especially on spirituality and personal growth. I think it’s important that we each assess…[Read more]

I love that the process IS the growth. It’s ok to be in the condition that I am in, that is where the work starts. Mark an X and dig here to find out what is going on. Making myself wrong won’t heal what is hurting. I do intent to co-create my life in new ways and up level how I show up for myself.

I want to Thank Beverly and Jennifer for sharing their process in March. I was listening to their call while I was clearing my office space. Little did I know that they would talk about decluttering and clearing space so new would come. I have a area in my house that holds my files, creative supplies and books. There is room to create and sit…[Read more]
