I just rewrote my monthly mind platter goals. I am realizing that avoidance in 2 areas are solidly there. Getting curious to the why?
I am willing to keep walking toward the path of wholeness that bring more balance and awareness in my life. It feels like a rocky part of my path to climb, but my soul is pulling me along. I am sitting with them…[Read more] -

What deep knowing and wisdom. As I read your truth, the word manifesto comes to mind. Chuckling because manifesto comes from the latin word, manifest. You have mined for the gold and found it- it’s you! Your soul essence. As I read your words, I realize it’s been a long journey for you. Gives me hope to keep on keeping on in my own process. The…[Read more]

One of the gifts that I am holding onto as I have been exploring in ” letting go of judgements”, is Awareness. I woke up one morning with the thought “I am closed for Business”. As I explored this process within, I realized that I want to grow and take responsibility for my truths and actions. Back to the Spiritual Truth Number #13, I am res…[Read more]

Thanks, Wes. I am enjoying that we can explore topics like anxiety in a more spacious place rather than on the thought track in my mind. I like that anxiety can be “normalized” if I am changing patterns or speaking truth or trying something new. Anxiety is part of the grief process for me. I couldn’t protest when I was little so I went into…[Read more]

Beautiful process. I feel a lot of resonance with your words here, if through my own experience. The connection between anxiety and grief is looming particularly large for me now and your sharing of your past experience with this connection is leading me to reflect on my own past experiences that may have previously gone unnoticed. Thank…[Read more]

Thankful for your coaching, leading, directing and supporting. You have a beautiful essence, Beverly.

Thanks Wes. I have gratitude for the circle and the process. A few years back I taught on anxiety- the rupture of connection. It was for a small bank introducing them to Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. What I realize is that the simple steps of Naming, Noticing and Neutralizing were not being practiced by me. It one thing to know things…[Read more]

I’ve never used the word aloud but secretly I love the word “woke”. Definitely an apt description of your process and I’m extremely happy for you. Not to mention inspired by your awakening process as well as the others that have been shared in this circle… I’ve heard of ACT before but never explored it. I think I even have an as yet unread…[Read more]

Happy One month anniversary to me. I am not hiding doing my process. I am letting go of another group that I joined before I found my way here. I am thankful to be in this circle and to be connected. I like that we get into the marrow of things, It’s not a passive scrolling kind of participation. I am going back to my mind platter to check in my…[Read more]

Karen, I am witnessing you telling your truth of goodness and doing the work to belong to you. Personal Agency apart from Mom and Dad’s process. I wish a class in school was taught at an early age that we don’t have to carry parent’s unfinished business. As young’ins we just knew to absorb without any protection. And here we are today in this ci…[Read more]

Doesn’t matter if others see it so long as I know it, and live my life from that knowingness…. Love this statement. I am witnessing you companioning yourself toward what is to be known. Holding the circle of support and you traverse the inner landscape.

Wes, I am glad you can externalize your experience here in a safe place and give such important expression to what is. Open, Honest, Vulnerable as you find your way in being your best self. Life lessons sure happen to refine us. Protest is a sign of healing…….so is vomiting….( not to be funny but true). Glad to witness your journey of…[Read more]

Jane, I am glad you are here and celebrating another year around the sun. Happy 43. I admire your courage and desire for wholeness. I stand with you as you look toward this little one that has carried a big load of abandonment. Simply with you in this outer circle as you examine what is in your inner circle. Sending love…..

Karen, I listened to the July call this week and your transparency dealing with your judgements helped me to see that the child (you or me) isn’t the problem the experience of not being cared for, loved and attached is the problem. I could relate with a me too of my parents only showing conditional love, especially my father. It helped me to turn…[Read more]

Precisely why I love the paradigm that healing impacts us all. We can witness in others and experience it in ourselves. It’s universal and all meaningful!

Tami, so glad it helped. Yes, one of the things I’ve learned (and grieved over) is that I carried a weight of shame for so long that the reason my parents struggled was because of me and I tried hard to be more perfect so they would “get better.” When, in fact, it was just that their struggles that were totally unrelated to me affected their…[Read more]

We need each other to hold the circle of growth-repair. We still have to do our own work but it helps to have others doing the same process. Grateful.

I now need to write my new stories to bring the new code/story into conscious focus. I burnt the old statement but the new ones didn’t magically appear under my pillow this morning. Darn it!

Jane, I am glad you can name and externalize them. This is just the story of the judger isn’t it? Now, on to the rest of the process with you but in my own lane. I would like to put my judger with your judger and send them over a cliff….. But we know that without changing their story, they will come back at us in an airplane that they landed on.…[Read more]

Thank you Tami! I love the Thelma & Louise reference 😀 It is something to externalize the judgements and see them as stories rather than truths. Now to continue that shift. You bring such a level of peace & soothing to this process, glad to be in this with you too.

I am working on the truth of being a Spiritual Being having a Human Experience. How does this tie into my healing modality of Internal Family Systems…..just getting curious and creative. I tend to ” make things known” through image- like creating a art piece. So I am re-doing a 78 record that is bigger than my 45 records. So this is my True…[Read more]

What a wonderful time on the call today. Validating, Insightful and Encouraging. One of my struggles with Conventional Recovery was that it lead me outside of myself. Appreciate you noticing the avoidance and willing to sit and explore it. I’ll be on the lookout for your responses this weekend.
Thanks, Bev.
I gave myself credit with October’s goals in some areas and in the area of walking – I am going to have to dig deeper to why I avoided this goal. I had success with the most of the connection goals and appreciation journal. I like having this space to set my intentions at the beginning of the month.
