I went to a Vinyasa yoga class this week and am very happy to have added yoga to my activities that I do as part of my self care. I feel it really helps to connect my body and mind. The breathing focus ties into meditation, which I feel has been a key factor into understanding myself better. I also did one yoga video on my own., That was short of my goal of 2 for the week but also better than the 0 I had been doing outside of my weekly class.
Way to go to a class. I know that was something you’ve wanted to do for a long time. You did it Chas:) Great job!
