Today’s prompt: Say hello to someone you don’t know! Practice seeing the loving essence.
Practiced this yesterday. Said hi to a guy named Andy at my sons soccer game. It was easy to see his loving essence in his easy nature and the way he interacted with his kids. So it wasn’t a huge stretch to say hi to him and strike up a conversation. His son is on my son’s team so we’ll talk again.

I did this yesterday, without reading this post. I was coming back from a coffee meeting and was walking behind an older gentleman. As I passed by him, I turned to say hello and smile. He smiled back and said GOOD MORNING!! 🙂
Beautiful! You never know when that person needed to hear that hello or see a smile. Plus, it’s good for our own health:)
