Did you ever imagine we would be doing such deep inner work?
This is exactly why I never think – poor me! I am thankful for all of my experiences to date. As a result – I get to do this deep inner work. I cannot imagine my life without it. It is truly a blessing to be living a life where I am aware of the inner work that needs to be done and have enough courage to go in and do it. Life in recovery is beautiful!! So happy to have this community to share with now!! 🙂
Such a great perspective and attitude. I, too, adopt a perspective of gratitude that I get to do this work and grow spiritually. It helps so much to look for the learning than strengthen my ego and victimhood.
