I’m also listening to A Course in Miracles like Wes and seeing so similarities with Spiritual Psychology. There is a lot on ownership and neutrality that is currently being covered which we also talk about in here! Cool similarities!
I’ve had an… interesting?… start to the new year, shall we say. Lots of challenges and triggers that have come up over the latter part of these holidays and into these early days of 2019. Took some empowering but also scary steps to address and support what I now can recognize and acknowledge had been a steady decline in my mental health over much of the past year. Been following along with the lessons and finding myself applying them to what comes up for me throughout the day. Every bit helps.
Sending love and support your way. Here to support you in any way I can. Glad you took steps to support yourself. Everything is happening in your favor even if/when you can’t see it so. To get different results for ourselves, we have to do things very differently. Sending so much love your way.
That means so much to me. Thank you Bev. I resisted taking this step for a long time, refusing to see what my wife was seeing. Now, it feels like the right next step to take moving forward. Feeling a lot of negative side effects in this first week but at peace with it as I ride it out.
Sending you waves of compassion as you traverse the path to healing and peace. It takes courage to move in a new direction. Just know you are held in love and support.
