        Good! I really enjoyed talking through this today. I do every time but something about this topic of practice always excites me. I think it’s provided so much stability in my life and I find up-leveling practice to be so fun. I enjoy that I pull from my intuition which feels like a strong connection to Self and Higher Self. So many great things about it for me. Feels very in alignment.
