After our call, I went outside for some “downtime.” I sat outside and then noticed a story of I need to work on my live presentation tomorrow. As that thought came in I let that thought go and reconnected to just being. I realized that we are in a state of making ourselves wrong or loving ourselves at all times. What are you choosing?
That’s a great point, either way we can choose loving ourselves over judging ourselves.
I happened to have an article in my email last night about masculine and feminine energy and crystals, and it was talking about how masculine energy is the energy of producing and going and doing and feminine energy is the energy of being, of self-love, compassion, intuition, and flow. The article was talking about how modern society values the masculine energy of doing over the feminine (no wonder we end up judging ourselves for downtime) but how more peaceful the world is when we connect with our feminine energy, and since we all have both we can connect with both. The article specifically talked about using crystals to connect with the feminine energy so I’m going to add them to my downtime. Here’s a link in case anyone’s interested:

Very cool…peridots my birthstone as well. I like how it said peridot helps with receiving versus pushing.
