Great week at work. Had lots of alone time and just the right mix of interaction/socializing with coworkers while there. Next week isn’t looking to be the same (it’ll be much busier, interactive, and less down time) but I’m not attached to it being one way or another. Couldn’t say that in the past. Even got an entire book, the 5 second rule, read on one of my workdays. Also got an online Udemy course partially completed. Took some time off work today to run errands and was able to get to the gym and watch tuesdays RLL zoom meeting that I couldn’t attend. Been present to myself, my family, others, work. All while trying to make my time as purposeful and intentional as possible. Also been waking up early every workday this week to meditate, journal and do 10 minutes of bodyweight exercises. Overall, been feeling great.
Feeling super in tune to personal responsibility and judgement the past few days and as a result I’ve been more intentional in my choices throughout the day. Feels good.
