Hope it was great Bev! I’m not traditionally a fan of Valentines Day. I begrudgingly tolerate it. Yesterday was notably different. Noticed a lot more openness and genuine expression of love for my family. Loved seeing the kids excitement over their cards and candy and gifts and then making heart shaped pizzas with them. Also had the awareness today, whether related in some way or not, that my intuition manifests in what I hesitate to say, do or express. When I judge my responses or when I censor myself out of fear of judgment or when fear stops me from expressing my love, I’m not listening to my intuition. I know this because I know that everything I have to say and express comes from genuineness and authenticity and, if I indeed know that, there is nothing I need to be afraid to say.
