Happy to report that Richard and I did some meal prepping and cooking yesterday. We’ve been eating more paleo with less carbs. Both of us felt really good yesterday. I’ve started my fitness exercise which is 30 minutes of P90x. It’s more intense then I’m used to but I think it’s good to challenge myself in a new way so I’m excited about it and have stay coursed since we started.
I always feel better with less carbs too. And meal planning/prepping makes it so much easier. I’ve been visiting a friend in NYC this weekend (playing in possibility, my new favorite thing 🙂 ) and I noticed how much I’ve shifted around food. My diet hasn’t been all healthy food by any means but I have been really listening to my body and eating when I’m hungry vs when it’s “time” and making food choices based on how it’ll make my body feel. I love sharing. It’s a big part of who I am, someone who is working on being my best. It’s why I value the Lab and our work so much. Glad to hear you having successes on this level as well.
