Today’s prompt: I did this awesome Human Design reading yesterday and environment came up as very important. How do you keep your environment feeling good for you?

    • This is a difficult one right now since I am living at my sons house and it’s a very different and busy environment than what I am use to. As of this week, I am starting out the mornings with a swim in the pool letting go of all negative energy and planning my focus for the day. When things get a little chaotic, I plan to take my laptop and things and go to Starbucks to work and relax. I have to learn to let go of what I can’t control that has to do with what goes on with my sons family as I believe things should be done differently around here. I hate to say this, but it’s very dysfunctional. I can’t take on their stuff so I will find things to do that keep me distressed and in a good place. It won’t be long and I will be in San Diego in my own place.

    • This is very difficult for me. To be honest my apartment is a disaster. I am trying to transition out of my Paparazzi Jewelry business and there is jewelry everywhere. And with that mess, everything else is unorganized! I know I need a space for me and I don’t have that. My bedroom is a disaster. I live alone. And the reason I give myself for not working on the mess is that I feel I need to work on my coaching business every waking minute! And that comes from my financial fears…..

      • The truth is that if you don’t feel that things are ordered in your own life, it will be difficult to support others in ordering ourselves. It always starts with us. Doesn’t mean your place has to be totally neat and clean but it does mean that you have a routine where you are “cleaning” your own space. See this as an area of opportunity. How might you take action on this?

        • Actually do what I keep telling myself -spend 10 minutes every day organizing/cleaning. I will begin with my work area as that is where I spend the majority of my time! I will check in here to report my progress.
