3 and 4 were a surprise since I always say I don’t resonate with gratitude but I took that one to mean that I have deep appreciation that leads to joy in my life so it does make sense. 1 and 2 NOT a surprise at all. I quite liked “perspective wisdom” and really resonated with that one, just never quite heard it that way. Thanks for asking!

  • Thought I would share my top 5:
Strength #1: Curiosity and interest in the world
Strength #2: Zest, enthusiasm, and energy
    Strength #3: Gratitude
Strength #4: Hope, optimism, and future-mindedness
    Strength #5: Perspective wisdom

    • Beautiful strengths! Did the test results reflect these or were there some surprises?

Great to see you in here Kris! Any surprises for your top 5?

    • No surprises, just did not know that humor would be top.

      • Humor is great! I’m a big comedy person who loves to go to live stand-up comedy acts. I also see things visually in my mind when people talk so creating funny pictures in my mind makes me keep things light-hearted and positive for myself. How does humor show up in your life Kris?

What was so interesting is using these as strengths for yourself versus against yourself. It’s a matter of perspective and choice.

  • I just got a newsletter from Rebecca Campbell that was about publishing a book. Her Light is the New Black has always giving me hope that I could write a book as well. She shared in the newsletter that she had taken a Hay House Writer’s Workshop. It encouraged and inspired me and I’m calling out (since we are working on the Intellectual Level)…[Read more]

  • What does prudence mean to you?
Also, curious to see how you could use judgment in a positive way, like sound judgment versus judging self or others. What do you think about what I’m sharing?

    • I did not know what prudence was until I took the survey. Now I know that it is making wise choices.
I think judgment can be used in a positive way even if we are judging people. I make judgments based on the facts and my feelings which are sometimes wrong, so I am always willing to change my judgments. If we do not judge a tiger as a threat…[Read more]

    • Prudence didn’t mean much to me before. Seems to be about not taking undue risks, thinking before I speak or act, considering the consequences of my choices on myself and others, and generally being overly cautious…. explains a lot really. This “strength” also is what holds me back and keeps me wanting to play it small and safe. Judgment as a…[Read more]

Yes, and even if it comes back into your consciousness you just release it again. You don’t have to take it back anymore.

P.S. You just did a dialogue:) That’s why this came through you. You started to tap into dumb and your Authentic Self. You get to share yourself into the world in a way that feels authentic to you.…[Read more]

This is a belief that I’ve been releasing and reframing for months or years now but it always came back. I feel like I released it for the last time. I so appreciate your insights! I will be deciding what…[Read more]

I think your wisdom that trying the tool that doesn’t resonate and perhaps is reflecting back some resistance could be really helpful in your process. The intention being to befriend our parts and learn from them. I love this because it’s us honoring these parts that our ego judges. The spirit knows that all our parts of wisdom to share with us.…[Read more]

    • Good enough for me! I’ll do the dialogue. For now, here’s something else that came through me to be expressed:

“Dumb” isn’t my truth.  It was projected onto me by others who couldn’t understand me and associated what they experienced as being dumb.  Adopting their projection as a belief protected me from risking voicing my opinion and being h…[Read more]

Agree with Wes…these are fabulous ideas. I look forward to hearing which course you pick to see through and why you picked that one in particular?! Also, volunteering with animals seems like a great way to honor the bond you had with Loco.

  • Today’s Prompt: What’s your 3 foot toss going to be this month?

    • I love to learn and I want to know everything…I want to read all the books, take all the courses…etc etc but I rarely follow through. It’s a miracle I got my bachelor’s degree. I’ve signed up for so many free (and some paid) courses that I never finished and probably many that I never started. I don’t even know if I could find half of the…[Read more]

  • I wanted to share how I most recently have worked the Intellectual Level. I signed up for a course with my copy-writer to learn more about messaging my brand (there’s a new brand that has come through me and you will be seeing more about in the future) and re-writing my website and sales page for my new program. This is easily something I could…[Read more]

Incredible! I love your insight on the connection and continued development you are making in the different dimensions. And love hearing that you are coming up with 3 foot tosses for yourself before being prompted, that’s true ownership of your own evolution and growth! So great Wes!
