  • You’ve got this week to make sure that you’ve completed your strengths assessment, thought through how you can implement your strengths and get creative. Plus, would love to hear about anymore 3 foot tosses you completed.

  • Heads up…I will be opening The Lab for Cyber Monday deal. I would love to have some testimonials from some of you. I would appreciate anything specific that you have gained from a particular tool or a testimonial on the overall experience of committing to the lab for an extending period of time or anything that you’d like to share about my style…[Read more]

Our experience isn’t wrong. Learn to appreciate and be with all of it. That’s where freedom lies.

This is a wonderful creative expression and I’m really glad you shared it. I’m blessed to have witnessed you blossoming. I love to know that we have both feminine and masculine energy within us. I can tend to be very masculine in a lot of ways: work, relationships, my ambitions. I honor it all. I used to think I wasn’t feminine enough but I don’t…[Read more]

    • I just reread it and it reminds me of the blogs I used to write. Difference being I didn’t put as much thought into this as I wrote it. I kind of just allowed it to be whatever it took shape as…. That’s a great point you make about being ok and honoring the masculine parts of yourself. I’ve always been more resonant with feminine values and…[Read more]

What about writing supported you in the past Chas? Also, curious about what you like to build?

    • I have done masonry and construction in the past. I think I just enjoy using my hands to do things. I don’t want to be in that field of work anymore because it is so hard on the body. But I do miss the feeling of accomplishment of seeing something you’ve built completed. I did get my creative fix this week with Halloween. I have grown quite…[Read more]

Great perspective! I like how you are looking at all the little ways that we can be creative.

Sounds like a lot of creativity is on the surface for you so what’s the story that comes up when it comes to doing those things?

    • The initial thought I get is “I’m lazy” so I think that’s a big story…Also I think I need to give myself permission to try things and be ok with liking some things and not liking others. It sounds dumb when I write it down, but really I think I get stuck there.

  • You may be interested in learning about coaching. I’m going to be doing a basic training to get you familiar with what you need to know as the Coach. Wanted to offer this to folks in here for basically half off of the regular price at $47.

I will be going through the Core Competencies this Friday during my Coaching Basics Masterclass Training.…[Read more]

  • What’s your creative outlet?

    • I doodle a lot. Lately I’ve started a gratitude journal that I use different color markers and stuff so it’s kind of illustrated. I love to take pictures but I don’t do it enough…I get to use some creativity in my job making different low tech supports for students with special needs.

      • I feel like I have a lot more internal desire to be creative than I actually let out, like cooking or baking or painting. Maybe it’s the feeling I think it’ll bring me, but then when it comes to doing those things I don’t.

  • We will be together on Thursday for our group coaching call. I will take you through the process. This process is better suited to do on your own time with some spaciousness to let you creativity flow. I would love for you to give the process a go before we meet on Thursday.

You bring up a great point. I’ve heard that before that someone feels their strength is a weakness. I suggest looking for how you can make the strength work for you. So finding ways to make kindness work in a positive way for you.

Great process here, thanks for sharing your learning out loud. So helpful to hear your process.

  • How might you be able to use your strengths when it comes to the Intellectual Level?

    • 1.  Prudence, being careful consideration of consequences, can be used as an opportunity to honor my silences.  What I mean by this is that, often in a conversation, I don’t know what to say and am afraid of saying the wrong thing.  This feeling of dread arises that if I say nothing or do nothing other than not in agreement, I appear stupid to th…[Read more]

Thank you…glad to hear that you receive my strengths.

Cool, how did these land for you?

    • They definitely resonated. I’m not sure how to use them. The kindness one I feel like sometimes I used in a codependent way in the past. I also liked how they referred to the bottom 5 as strengths that need more attention to cultivate vs seeing them as weaknesses.

Humor is great! I’m a big comedy person who loves to go to live stand-up comedy acts. I also see things visually in my mind when people talk so creating funny pictures in my mind makes me keep things light-hearted and positive for myself. How does humor show up in your life Kris?
