We want you to look for the evidence that you are taking care of yourself. There needs to be more commitment to what’s working then what’s not so you are doing a really good thing here for yourself. Way to stay consistent with your check-ins.

Yes, keeping track of my self-care commitment has helped me commit to being kind to myself and acknowledge that. I love when i notice that it’s been more than once a day lol.

My mom acknowledged that she doesn’t have much more time left. It was an interesting admission. I’m glad that she is able to tell me about her process. She admitted that she doesn’t feel that time is coming to an end but that her body is telling this. I thought this was a really intuitive process. There’s something that happens in the process where we start by looking at patterns that aren’t working for us. Then all of sudden we start to see the patterns that are working for us. We focus more the patterns that are working and we lean into those patterns more.

Acknowledging you for listening to your ‘no’ and voicing it even when it makes someone else uncomfortable. Thank you for an amazing call yesterday. If you missed it, please share your insights and learnings with us when you listen to the replay. It was a profound call. I left feeling especially connected.
