Tons of amazing learnings. Shunning humanness is actually your ego/humannenss. Your spiritual being is love and accepts and embraces all of you. When you live from the spiritual being then there is no judgment only love as you mentioned above. Great stuff!

We recently got a tumor removed on my little Peanut. Yesterday we found out that it is not non-cancerous. I’m so happy about this news…thought I would share this win!

Thank you so much! I approached all of my feelings with curiosity instead of judgement this weekend as much as possible and was able to enjoy the weekend and learn more about myself…and the 80 degree weather and ocean breeze were also amazing 🙂

This is such an amazing recovery program you’ve created. When I think of the difference in my life in being 6 months sober, just not drinking and white knuckling through that, vs now truly working on living and thriving in recovery…I am SO truly grateful.

Great week at work. Had lots of alone time and just the right mix of interaction/socializing with coworkers while there. This is a great awareness. I see it as choosing freedom or choosing judgment. When we go into judgment, we get to absolve ourselves of responsibility which keeps us stuck.
