Tami….we will cover mindset this month and wanted your feedback on what specifically you wanted to know or talk about when it comes to mindset. Please share!!! And other’s can share questions or thoughts as well, of course…:)
-
Thanks for the question. It sent me on a “Quest” to why I am interested in mindset. I was wondering if there are any tips or teaching on getting to the “observer” self. I think what has been helpful for me, is not to believe everything I think. My mind is a messenger and doesn’t always bring to consciousness what is helpful. Having over 60,000…[Read more]

Jane, acknowledging your check-ins and follow-through with what you said you were going to do. It’s lovely!

Love this distinction that you made. And love that you are finding a way to do it differently.

Same…I really resonated with the prison piece and how we keep ourselves in that prison by what we are thinking. Good stuff!

Wes, did you listen to the Course of Miracles Lesson #57? That one was super powerful.
-
Once. And now twice. Can you share what stood out for you? For me, it was another way of looking at the world, as opposite of the meaning I ascribe to it. I see it as a prison, ironic as I work in one. And that the opposite must be true. That the world I see as a prison is meant to set me free… but I’m deeply curious as to what you took from it.

Wow! Your intentions are creating results!

This is it! It’s your commitment to the process that will make it different. If you commit to being different and dedicating yourself to this daily then you will create a shift for yourself. This is a whole new level of ownership and responsibility to your healing. I hear it in your words.

What do you intend to own this week?
-
Well, with the help of a blizzard and 12 inches of snow, I was able to meal prep for the week.I was stuck inside so I created my plan and then prepped it.
I am owning being conscious of what I put in my body and making choices to support my health.-
That’s great, Tami. Love it.
-
Awesome Tami!

-
I intend to own my words this week. I’ve had a challenging two weeks at work and am starting to understand more the impact of my words. I really need to own what I am saying…even if it’s something I shouldn’t have said.
-
I feel ya Karen, hope you have a good week!
-
Karen, I love your intention and ownering what you want to flow through you will. Supporting and cheering you on. I was chuckling this morning as I wrote out my focus areas for the week. I realized I was “telling on myself” in areas that I am ready to change. It’s a good thing to aware and awake to new ways of being.
-
-
I am going to own how i show up at work this week. My attitude toward it and any frustrating situations that come up, rather than expecting others to be a certain way.
-
Great ownership intentions!

It’s a great awareness. Do you want to be arguing for your limitations or expressing your spiritual being. You can’t have both. Make a decision about what’s most important to you and align all your energy, action and intention behind it.

Replay from our call Tuesday: https://s3.amazonaws.com/recoverylifemanagement/RLL2219.mp4
Thank you Misty and Wes for the great discussion on “Demonstrating Ownership.”-
Such a powerful discussion, thank you to all who participated. My takeaway was externalizing my small stories to get curious with what I am believing. So I can own my bigger story of truth. I realized some of my small stories are usually introjects from outside influences that then become my own story. One change I made this week was in the area…[Read more]

Thank you for listening to the call and sharing your reflections. Just curious how life might be different if you focused on being a child of God, worthy of love and belonging as your birthright and creating from this knowing?
When I read your second paragraph a heaviness came in. It feels heavy and like hard work. And it feels like you are…[Read more]-
Karen, I love your honesty and your sharing of your process. I do see polarization between two parts. Wonder what the 3 rd way could be?
I think they call this paradox. The tension of two things and letting the 3rd way come forth………Just reflecting outloud…..Curious with you….-
Tami, that’s an interesting thought and something I will consider. Thank you! Never thought about a third perspective…
-
-
Bev, it is really heavy. I think that I still may be stuck in trying to prove my worth. Not sure. I think a good place for me to be lives in surrender. I don’t think I can get to where I need to be without it. It’s like I keep fighting and resisting, which is why it’s not happening. I’m starting to pay attention to when I physically start t…[Read more]

You are being so intentional and it’s paying off. And you are doing it differently and it’s paying off. So excited to see these immediate results when you do something differently in honor of your Authentic Self. Everything else works itself out. Keep rockin’ it!
