This is exactly what the worksheet requested…that you allow and receive any messages that stand in the way of living with an open heart for yourself. Really good allowing, receiving and listening. You are a natural!

Thank you Karen and Wes for your connection and talking about family dynamics. We are all moving through these relationships to the best of our ability. I think we are doing pretty great if you ask me?! -

When one of us heals, we all heal. I love that you can stay curious while you work on clearing some of the old misunderstandings. You can heal yourself around this situation with your dad whether you have a relationship with him or not. My dad had passed when I heal my relationship with him which was incredible and completely life-altering. I…[Read more]

I’ve been exploring bigger vision for myself. It seems I have outgrown my coaching business and am on to a bigger vision now. I’ve been writing about it the last few days and just being with what is coming through me to be expressed. “The Science of Getting Rich” was recommended to me so I went and got it and finished it. Super short book and easy…[Read more]

Thank you for sharing yourself here. When I read about your confusion, something popped up around witnessing if it’s your sadness and grief or someone else’s. I picked up that you may be picking up other people’s emotions and carrying the burden for them. Not sure if that resonates, just thought I would mention it if it’s worth exploring for…[Read more]

Great job sticking with the process. What caught my attention is that I hear you always returning to your old story and wanting to understand it or justify it in some way. This makes it seem like you are more committed to the doubts and fears as truth than anything else. Not to compare stories but share my experience. At a certain point, I choose…[Read more]

Great start! And know this space here for you when you need it. How do you judge yourself for how you interact? What is it that you say to yourself? What are the needs that you aren’t meeting for yourself? What do you say to yourself about not working enough? These questions will lead you to a deeper level of judgment that needs to be resolved.…[Read more]

I found it really helpful to think about it terms of coping versus healing. It supports us in taking things to the next level.

Healing vs coping… Its not that I haven’t been healing. I have. But maybe not as much as I’d like to have thought. Not a judgment but there’s probably a heavy element of coping to what I previously thought was healing, or had hoped was healing. And I think part of me always knew that.

The ego has created a story that you are here to suffer. This is the story you are here to heal. You mentioned “dropping your guard” and that jumped out at me. It’s even part of your work experience too. What’s the purpose of guarding and might you upgrade it’s purpose or simply let it fall away so that you can experience more joy in your life.…[Read more]

Your job is not to be the judger of the experience but the lover of it. You are shifting. Keep choosing love over fear.

Glad we talked about this. It wasn’t high on my radar going into the call but I’ve also, since the call, realized where I’ve been avoidant in this area and some opportunities that may exist here to express authentically and possibly to be of service as well. Contacted my cousin again last night and it felt particularly vulnerable sharing with…[Read more]
